Welded a old screw driwer to the end of the steering tube.

There will be a piece of flatstock welded to this conecting 

to the steering linkage etc etc..

Since the head tube is a down tube i added some head tube 

to make the bearing/cup fit.. 

Need to find more stuff before i can move on..

Tubing and a donor for the front part..
