Bike tubing can be retro fitted in weird ways..

Old forks..

Nothched a piece of handlebar that will work as the internal slug..

Zip it all together.. 

Shortened the fork legs to work with the 20 inch wheel up front..

Pray to the god of metal that it's sort of semi straight..
