Tall bike: 3

Got a fresh spool of wire in the welder and burned it together..

It’s pretty much done. Making a rolling chassi / tall bike is

surprisingly easy. The pipe going trough both head tubes

makes lining up the frames a no brainer..

For the sake of transparancy..

If you run 0’8 mm wire trough a modified 0’6 nozzle

with only a high or low setting and without

a welding mask, this is how it looks.. 

I just close my eyes and

hope for the best so they are pretty cruddy..

I see no need for prettying them up

either, it’s a junky tall bike.. I gave the a 

fast slap with the angle grinder, thats enough..

Next on the to do list is rear stay/struts.

And yes.. this will get really weird..
