First i thought of rigging up some jig to keep the

drill/wood piece steady, but in the end i just went for it

and turning the piece over just to check the angle of the drill bit.. worked great..

Reamed out the hole for the tang with that file/saw

thing, surprisingly easy job!

Started on the sheat.. Found a bit of scrap wood and 

chiseled it out with a knife + sanded it

Glued it up and next step us some shaping and leather work.. Stay Slojd peeps!
