Anyways you can make this to get a fire started in crap conditions..

Bog roll/wood/cardboard/paraffin

The process is pretty self explanatory..

Melt down a couple of candle stumps

You have to pour the paraffin over the roll a couple of time from both sides, turning it over so that the wax can build up inside.

Its a good idea to let a strip of cardboard stick up a bit as a wick, make sure to pour some wax on it to..
