Lets go on a journey..

 ..re booting the bike trailer. Again..

The bearings where pretty dead and the races where rusted in place..

Solution.. Weld a bit of metal and bang it out with a rod from the opposite side. Worked great..

Then order the wrong size bearings..

10mm instead of 12mm axle..

I survive on a steady diet of fucking up..

So instead of using the OG axles I used 10mm

bolts shimmed with to layers of pipe to fit in the pipe on the trailer..

Then Its just a matter of gluing it in place..

Fixed it.. I think I got them reasonably straight..

Now I just need to re fit the hitch but that lies under 2 feet of snow in the marina so we will see when i get around to doing that..
