Cutting for bends..

Bend it and tack it.. 

Zipping it up when everything else is sorted out..

Some thing like that.. The front tube slides over the one on the frame

so I can make it longer if I want to.. But i sort of like it like this..

Just need to be long enough for my back pack..

Dis some thinking here and I think that it's a good idea having the cargo bit

lower than the front hub for stability reasons..
