Peep checking before welding.. I added some flat stock shims so the smaller of the 

two square tubes to create a super tight press fit..

Then let it burn..! The only part that's left to weld is the head tube..

I'll leave that for a while should  there be need for some final tweaking.

I added a couple of inches to the overall lenght to..

Have to step away from building for a week or so, house guests etc..
